How to Request a Custom Order
When contacting us, please include as many details as possible, such as:
- A short description of what you’d like made
- Measurements or size preferences
- For signs: your wording, font style, or logo idea
- A photo or sketch (if available)
- The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to design exactly what you have in mind.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request:
- We’ll create a digital proof of your design for your review.
- You’ll receive a clear quote based on your exact specifications.
- After you approve your proof, we’ll begin production.
Please note: Once your design is approved, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Our typical dispatch time is 2–4 business days after proof approval.
