Yes, we specialise in custom work. If you have a specific design or size in mind or need something personalised, send us a message - we're happy to help.
Q: HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
It's easy! Just visit our Custom Orders page and send us an email with your idea, size and any design details. We'll get back to you with a proof and a price before we start making your sign.
Q: CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC SIZE OR COLOR?
Yes. Our signs are made to order, so you can request custom sizes. Standard colors for signage is Black and White, if you require another color contact us through our contact form or email with your requirements, just include your preferences when contacting us through our Custom Orders page and we'll confirm whats possible before creating your proof.
Please note: minor variations in color or finnish may occur due to the powder coating process and material texture.
Q: ARE YOUR SIGNS MADE IN IRELAND?
Yes, all of our products are fully designed, cut, coated, and packed in-house at our family-run workshop in Ireland.
Q: CAN I PERSONALISE A SIGN?
Yes, many of our items can be personalised with names, house numbers, farm names, or custom phrases. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Q: CAN I SEE A PREVIEW OF CUSTOM SIGN BEFORE ORDERING?
Yes. We can provide a digital preview/mock-up of your custom sign before production. Just send us your idea and we’ll take it from there.
Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER I APPROVE MY CUSTOM DESIGN?
Once you approve your digital proof, production begins right away. At that stage, we cant make any changes or cancellations, so please review your proof carefully before confirming.
Q: WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We use high-quality steel and a powder-coated finish on all items. This makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use - made to last.
Q:ARE FIXINGS INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
Yes, all wall-mounted signs come pre-drilled and include screws and wall plugs, ready to hang.
Q: DO YOU SHIP ACROSS IRELAND?
Yes, we ship throughout Ireland, Nothern Ireland and the EU. If you live outside these areas, just get in touch and we'll be happy to provide a shipping quote.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DISPATCH ORDER?
Stocked items dispatch in 1–2 Business days. Personalised or custom orders dispatch within 2–4 business days after confirmation of personalised design preview, we’ll confirm timelines before starting.
Q: WHEN DOES THE 2 - 4 DAY DISPATCH TIME START?
Our dispatch time starts the moment you approve your design proof - not when the order is placed.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
As most items are custom made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless there’s an error or fault. If there’s an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Q: CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ITEM?
Custom items cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it for you quickly.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
We'll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. you'll be able to follow your parcel right to your door!
Q: ARE YOUR SIGNS SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
Yes. All our signs and metal wall art are powder coated, so they're weatherproof and long lasting outdoors.
